Parks and gardens

For some years Pesaro has been one of the Italian seaside resorts privileged to fly the blue flag and as well as the crystal-clear sea has vast green areas. The finest jewel is the Monte San Bartolo National Park, while the Miralfiore Park is a green lung in the city centre. Other beauties include the Molaroni Park and rare historic gardens such as the Italian garden of Villa Caprile and the Orti Giuli. 

Campo di Marte also deserves a visit for its spectacular position at the foot of San Bartolo hill close to the beach.

And each district of the city has green spaces where families can spend their leisure time. All these spaces are easily reached by car or by bicycle, making use of the dedicated cycle tracks; and also by public transport or by taxi.
